So I heard from Kari, one of our 2018 Rockin’ Recipients, and then from her mom, and now I’m just smiling ear to ear 😍😄🤗 First Kari wrote:

“This picture is from my dorm’s Christmas party! I finished my first semester with 12 credits and a 3.25 GPA. I am now mid-way through the spring semester and taking 10 credits – Barn Management, English Composition, and World History. I am also singing in the choir. I love school and all my ‘sisters’ in the dorm and on campus.”

SO AWESOME ❤️❤️❤️ Next her mom sent an email:

“Just wanted to let you and everyone at Ruby’s Rainbow know how Kari’s freshman year went! The picture is from choir tour – the Judson Choir just returned from a long weekend of service and singing! Kari completed 22 credit hours with an overall average of a 3.455 (and a whopping 3.7 this semester). The school has been amazing – allowing her to take fewer credits each semester (9 academic credits plus choir) while still living in the dorms. We are so proud – had to share. “

Omgoodness – I am so proud of her too!!! 3.7 GPA, what what!!! 👏👏🌈🙌👊 This pic was originally posted by Judson College, the day Kari and the Judson Singers were doing some community service work on Dauphin Island, where they apparently met Sammy Hammy the pig 🐖🤣

The 1st pic up top is of Kari from last November, right before she gave a speech at the national competition for National American Miss ❤️❤️
