	Stand Up For Downs In 2013, four years after their son, Henry, was born with Down syndrome, Rob and Ellen Snow drew from Rob’s background in stand-up comedy and improvisation to found Stand Up For Downs. Since then, SUFD has granted, donated or sponsored over $300,000 to nearly 60 organizations and individuals in the disability community. Then in 2017, the Snows founded The Improvaneer Method with the goal of using improvisation to teach valuable skills to those with developmental disabilities to greatly increase social, workplace and lifetime opportunities.
