More on 2018 Rockin’ Recipient Ashley McCormick!!

Her mom writes, “Ashley is truly living her best ClemsonLIFE! She has been in college 6 weeks and has certainly been busy. Ashley is living in an apartment style dorm with 2 other students with a disability and a living assistant. She attends class from 8–3 daily and is learning life skills such as, how to live alone, budgeting her money, meal planning and grocery shopping, scheduling her day, proactive social skills, and fitness.  She has learned a little yoga, met the Clemson football team, been to a volleyball game, joined a swim team, taken a self defense class, and of course tailgated and attended all the home football games! She has plenty of independent time as well and has decided her favorite thing to do is go to Starbucks and chill out with a friend. She enjoys spending time with her mentor, a nursing student.”

❤️????❤️????❤️

I’m sure y’all know exactly how much this warms this mama’s ❤️!! So, so proud of you, Ashley – you’re living your best life and learning skills every college student needs to succeed!!
