I am away from my babes and missing them desperately and got this from Ruby’s speech therapist from school this morning and it made my heart smile:

“Don’t ask me what it was Bc I didn’t write it down but ruby spit out a COMPOUND SENTENCE today with two subjects and two verbs about an outside event. I don’t even care if it’s true (you went swimming this weekend and her daddy did something w her that I can’t recall). Doesn’t matter in this case. It was like TEN WORDS LONG. Ms Armstrong was subbing for the TA and we both had our jaws on the ground. Yaaaaay! Way to start out a week!”

Umm…MAMA HEART EXPLOSION!!❤❤❤ It’s all those little things that I might not have ever thought about before that bring me so much joy now!! Also, I am in San Diego today planning our very first satellite “Ruby’s Rockin ‘ RainBOWL” for July 28th so all you SoCal peeps save the date! It’s a bowling tourney (I use the word “tourney” very loosely ????) with live music, food, tons of fun AND Ruby and Ella Mae will both be there, so dust off those bowling balls and get ready to rock! I will share the link to sign up in June!!! (For all you Austin folk the 7th annual RainBOWL is July 22nd!!)
