Here’s a little inspiration to get you through your Monday and back into work mode

Rainbow Scholarship recipient Lauren Behrendt is rockin’ her 1st semester at Shepherds College. Lauren lives in the dorms and has a roommate. She is working very hard on daily living skills, social skills and getting involved in her community. She enjoys most learning how to cook and prepare meals through the culinary activities offered at Shepherd’s College. Lauren is also able to participate in extra curricular activities that are provided on campus such as Shepherd’s Special Olympics Team, Zumba Class and Scrapbooking Club. Lauren is on her way to reaching her goals and dreams which include, “living independently,” “working at a bakery” and “traveling.” Lauren’s family is so proud of all her accomplishments.
