I thought I would get your day st arted with a little burst of inspiration because that’s how we roll over here at RR 🙂 Ronald is one of our newest Rockin’ Recipients and his mom sent me this quick email over the weekend:
“Ronald is excited to be starting his 3rd year in the CILLS program at East Stroudsburg University. Over the past 2 years, Ronald has gained tremendous confidence, built life long friendships, and has to learned and grown, both academically and as a thriving, strong, and worthwhile young man, what is important to him. One of the many opportunities Ronald has been given while at ESU, has been the opportunity to participate in internships. Ronald is an avid music lover and thus was given the chance to intern at WESS Radio, the on campus radio station. He interned Spring semester 2016, and this year will be interning there for the entire academic year.”
“With graduation looming, planning for what happens in May 2017, is very important. Keeping in mind Ronald’s love for music and his desire to stay working in the radio industry, Ronald reached out this summer to several radio stations in the area. After talking with different people, Ronald went on an interview at Villanova Univesity and met with the Assistant Director of Campus Programs. After this meeting, they both knew that Ronald working in the radio station and other student driven activities at Villanova would be awesome for everyone. Talks are in the works about Ronald joining the Wildcat family upon graduation. He is looking forward to an amazing 3rd and final year at ESU, as well as all the great and wonderful possibilities awaiting his future.”
What is not to love about all of this?! Keep on rockin’ it Ronald!
