Anthony will be attending his second year at the Mason LIFE Program this fall. He loves traveling, music and collecting flashlights!! He is looking forward to becoming a better reader so he can read more books like “Jurassic Park” and learn to type faster so he can write emails to keep up with family and friends. Drama has been one of his favorite classes so far because he loves being on stage and role-playing.
He says, ” I like school (Mason Life) very much. Since August 2015 I have learned a lot in class and outside class. I am so proud of myself: I learn banking, writing poems and stories, acting, traveling. I can now ride the metro access by myself to go to school and home, walk by myself to different buildings and classes at Mason, buy stuff by myself, use my cell phone when I get left by the Metro Access and attend book club and activities. I like my new friends at school.”
Anthony says, “I want to learn how to ride a bike so I can go places.” Well….there is no doubt you are going places Anthony!! We can’t wait to see where!!
