Abbigail Peters

This year, Ruby’s Rainbow is proud to support Abbigail Peters with a scholarship award as she heads into her second year in the Union University EDGE Program, continuing her studies in Advocacy and Communications, with an eye on graduating in 2028.

This past year, Abbigail dove headfirst into everything college life had to offer. She became a member of Chi Omega sorority, even landing a feature in the chapter’s magazine, served on Student Government’s Freshman Council, and kept cheering for the Union University Bulldogs. She also found her voice at open mic nights and grew close to her faith community through both group and individual worship.

Abbigail loves to speak, perform, and advocate for others, and her hobbies say as much: cheering, acting, and holding her own in a game of Disney movie trivia. Her dream is to take that passion for performance to the stage or screen one day, all while inspiring others to chase their own goals fearlessly.

Abbigail’s growth this year, in independence, in her faith, and in her confidence, has been nothing short of remarkable. Keep soaring, Abbigail. Union University (and the world) is lucky to have you!
