Amber, a native of Mohnton, Pennsylvania, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Ruby’s Rainbow Rowan Eichler Scholarship Award. Amber is attending Penn State Harrisburg’s Career Studies Program, and Ruby’s Rainbow is proud to support her continued growth and success.
