Nicolas is entering his first year in the Wayfinders program at Fresno State in California. Attending college is a dream come true for Nic, an actor and dancer who has appeared in several commercials and short films. He also has work experience as a grocery stocker and bus person. He loves playing both music and basketball, and he loves the challenge of lifting weights and staying fit.
Nicolas won an Academic Achievement award in high school, along with a Best Dancer award and an award for community service. He was Prom King and was a member of the varsity swim team at school, and was also on the Special Olympics swim team.
About the prospect of winning a scholarship, Nicolas wrote in his scholarship application, “I think ‘Adult Life’ is like a big stage and I am about to enter.” We believe in you, Nic! Keep on rockin’ it at Fresno State!
