Kellyn is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Poppy Miller Scholarship Award. This fall she begins her sophomore year in the Career and Community Studies program at Kent State University, where she is studying education. After she graduates, she wants to be a teacher’s assistant and an assistant basketball coach.
Kellyn has fully immersed herself in college life with her classes and many clubs. She continues to put herself out there, building a community of friends all around campus while gaining confidence in her independence. Her hobbies include bike riding, card making, letter writing, working out at the rec center and listening to soundtracks of musicals. She is very proud of being a member of the Flasher Brass Pep Band and being inducted into Phi Sigma Pi Honors Fraternity.
