Caden is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Solferino Family Scholarship Award. This fall he begins his first year in the TOPS program at The Ohio State University, where he plans to study Sports Management. He hopes someday to have a career with a college sports performance football strength and conditioning coaching staff.
Caden’s hobbies include golfing, bowling, and hanging out with his family and friends. He loves all types of sports, he plays the drums, and he is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He is very proud to have been the first individual to be born with Down syndrome to play and score in a college football game, which was featured on ESPN College Game Day.
