Paul Migliore – Millersville University Integrated Studies (Desmond Buff Scholarship Award)

Paul is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Desmond Buff Scholarship Award. He is an Integrated Studies sophomore at Millersville University, where he plans to continue his studies in political science and public speaking to support his goal of becoming an inclusion advocate.

Paul is a member of the Adapt Club as well as the John Newman Association. He also served on the planning committee for the campus Disability Pride Day event.

This past summer, Paul presented the Student Perspective at the New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education Summer Inclusion Conference in a workshop titled “The Inclusive Mission: How One Family Partnered with their School District to Change Hearts, Minds and Practices.” He also continued as an altar server at church and working his part-time job as a courtesy clerk at a local grocery store.
