Nina is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Annie Louise Morey Scholarship Award. She is a Year 2 student in the Green Oaks Life Prep program at Arlington Baptist University, where her favorite specialization area is Horticulture. Her family is in the field of agriculture, and Nina hopes to work in the same industry. This year, she will be working in job trials at Green Oaks, and she hopes also to work at a plant nursery.
Green Oaks Life Prep has helped Nina to learn and grow academically and develop social skills that will serve her well in her pursuit of independent living.
