Jeremiah is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and a sophomore in the Next Steps program at Vanderbilt University, where his favorite class so far has been World Music. He has enjoyed developing his independence in his courses and getting around campus, as well as in his internship at the Scarritt Bennett Center, a faith-based center focused on social justice issues and community.
Jeremiah is a longtime member of the choir at his church, where he also helps out with Sunday School. His goal is to become a pastor someday, so he can preach God’s word.
