Emily is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Pascal Family Scholarship Award. She is very excited to be a student in the Compass program at Duquesne University this fall, where she will be working toward her goal of becoming a preschool teacher.
Her advice for other students with Down syndrome is, “Never give up your dreams. You can do anything you want and believe in yourself.”
