Maggie is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Hunzeker-Brandt Family Scholarship Award. She will be attending the University of Missouri–St. Louis this fall in the SUCCEED program.
Maggie made the honor roll every year in high school and graduated with a 3.55 GPA. She loved the Spanish class she took during her senior year, and enjoyed competing on the swim team throughout high school. She continues to swim with her local club team and enjoys working part-time at an indoor trampoline park.
Maggie will miss Girl Scouts and being an altar server at her church, but she is looking forward to taking courses in college that will help her reach her goal of becoming either a swim teacher, an assistant math teacher, or a bakery owner. She also plans to continue swimming and would like to swim with a U.S. Masters Swimming Club.
