Isabel, better known as Izzy, is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Hudson Bachus Heinz Scholarship Award. She is very excited to begin attending Barnabas Prep this fall. Her goal is to become a preschool teacher, and she would also like to get married someday. She loves singing and dancing, and enjoys musicals. She would love to perform in a Broadway musical one day.
In high school, Izzy was a cheerleader. She also took preschool-based courses to work toward her future career goals. When she becomes a preschool teacher, she wants to inspire others to follow their dreams. She says she believes in herself and she is glad that others do too!
