Jacob is this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow amaZing Z Scholarship Award recipient. He will begin his second year at Judson University this fall, where he is studying career and independent living skills in the RISE program, and has chosen Christian Ministries as his concentration. In high school, Jacob was active in Special Olympics track, basketball and bowling, and he was chosen to be both homecoming king and prom king his senior year. He made the honor roll in high school and was active in the school choir. His dream is to become a motivational speaker and a successful YouTuber.
Jacob’s teachers and mentors describe him as outgoing and always willing to try new things. He describes himself as someone who is usually able to accomplish whatever he sets his mind to doing. We see these qualities in you, Jacob! We are so proud of you!
