Jeffrey Logan is this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Katy Rice Memorial Scholarship Award recipient. He will begin his third year this fall in the TOPS program at Youngstown State University. In high school, he was Homecoming King and Prom King, and won awards in Special Olympics track and field and basketball. He loves all sports and loves working out, and is proud to be developing his study habits and independence in college.
Jeffrey would like to work as a coach or assistant coach and live independently with his girlfriend someday. He is known at his church for giving the best hugs. We think you rock, Jeffrey!
