Isabelle was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and will be attending Elmhurst College’s ELSA program in the Fall. Aside from learning to live away from home, Isabelle will be working on her Advocacy and Public Speaking skills has well as working towards her goal of becoming a Special Education Teacher. Isabelle, is a Best Buddies Ambassador, and is so excited to continue working with the Best Buddies Chapter at Elmhurst College, as their Ambassador at this summer’s Best Buddies International Conference at the University of Indiana.

Isabelle has a passion to advocate for all individuals who are differently abled. She has plunged into Lake Michigan for the last 4 years, personally raising over $25,000 for Chicago Special Olympics. She has volunteered, fundraised, spoken on behalf and is a Junior Board member for Gigi’s Playhouse, a Down Syndrome awareness center. Isabelle was the chapter President for her high school, Alcott College Preps, Best Buddies Chapter, and actively fundraised to support both her schools chapter and the International organization.

In her free time, Isabelle enjoys traveling with her Mom, Dad and younger sister, Chloe. She loves watching movies, listening to music, going to concerts, hanging out with her friends and going to Wrigley Field to cheer on her family’s beloved – World Series Champions – Chicago Cubs!
