Stefanie is the proud wife to Andy, her high school sweetheart and husband of 17 years, and mom to Raegan (age 11) and Nora (age 8, with Down syndrome). She is also the Head of People at a high-growth Boston technology start-up. Her passion for inclusion and belonging spans across her personal and professional life equally and deeply.
Sweet Nora Pearl was born with a heart defect along with lung, sight and hearing deficiencies. Though those were hurdles for her and those who love her to overcome, nothing matched the love, purity, resilience and joy that she brought and continues to bring to everyone who has the good fortune to know her. She is the brightest light and best teacher of what we should all be focused on in our lives.
