Hey everyone! I am Sara and this is my son Sam! Sam is our #tinybutmighty as he was born at 25 weeks, weighing just 1 pound 4 oz! He is the most resilient little boy I know – overcoming so much in his short little life, and inspiring me and everyone around him to know that we can do hard things! I am so excited to partner with such an amazing organization that is all about giving kiddos like Sam the opportunity to write their future and show the world that their diagnosis does not define them!
