Luke Krueger

Luke Krueger is heading into his second year at the University of Nevada Las Vegas’s Project FOCUS this fall as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Scholarship Award recipient, studying Hospitality and Music with graduation expected in Spring 2029.

Luke is proud to work at Trader Joe’s and to be a member of the UNLV marching band drumline, keeping the beat both on campus and on the job. His goals for this year include learning to read drum music and continuing to build his hospitality skills.

When he’s not drumming, Luke loves playing the ukulele, shooting pool, playing disc golf, and swimming.

Luke absolutely loves being a college student and is so proud to be a UNLV Rebel. He and his family are endlessly thankful to Ruby’s Rainbow. Keep the beat going, Luke, wishing you a great second year!
