Parker Libolt

Parker Libolt is beginning his fourth and final year at the University of Iowa’s REACH program this fall as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Addison Remy Scholarship recipient, focusing on sports broadcasting and workplace transition skills with graduation expected in Spring 2027.

Parker has learned how to live in and take care of his own apartment, a big milestone on his path toward independent living. His goals for after graduation are clear: keep living independently and land a job in the sports field.

A devoted Iowa Hawkeyes fan, Parker loves basketball and football games, competes in Unified Special Olympics, and enjoys a good video game session. He’s also, by his own admission, a serious ice cream connoisseur.

Parker is truly grateful to have received the Ruby’s Rainbow scholarship four years running, and says it’s made a real impact on his life. Bring on a memorable senior year, Parker, go Hawkeyes!
