Katie Blake

Katie Blake is beginning her freshman year at George Mason University’s Mason LIFE program this fall as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Mullen Family Scholarship recipient, studying Graphic Design with graduation expected in Spring 2030.

For years, Katie performed with Richmond SPARC’s sign language chorus in front of thousands of people, sharing the stage alongside major touring musicians, an experience she’s so proud of. She’s excited to keep exploring her creativity in college, diving deeper into art and graphic design, and she’s even hoping to get involved with the college radio station.

Katie loves to draw, get creative, listen to music, and go to concerts.
