Hannah Halperin

Hannah Halperin is beginning her freshman year in the UMATTER Program at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg this fall as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Frederik Thomsen Scholarship recipient, studying The Arts with graduation expected in Spring 2028.

One of Hannah’s proudest moments was performing as the Wicked Witch of the West in a stage production of The Wizard of Oz, a role that hints at her big dream: to be on Broadway one day. This summer, she’s preparing for college by taking classes in life skills and career development, all while working at Chick-fil-A.

Hannah loves ballroom dancing, reading, and playing cards, and she cherishes time with her sisters, her parents, and her cats.

Hannah is so excited to start this next chapter. Break a leg at USF, Hannah, Broadway is calling!
