George Westcott

George Westcott is heading into his third year at Edgewood University’s Cutting Edge Program this fall as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Milo Kleczewski Scholarship Award recipient, working toward becoming a veterinary assistant with graduation expected in Spring 2028.

George takes pride in the everyday wins of independent living: he lives in a dorm room integrated with the full student population, keeps it clean, and stays on top of his laundry. His big dream for the future? Living in a condo of his own someday. For six summers running, George has also loved working at the Renaissance Faire, a tradition he looks forward to every year.

When he’s not studying or working, George enjoys word searches, watching horror movies, and hanging out with friends.

Keep up the great work, George! So excited for year three, and maybe that condo isn’t so far off.
