Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth Jones is heading back to Western Carolina University’s Participant Program this fall for her second year as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Scholarship Award recipient, studying Early Childhood Education with graduation expected in Spring 2027.
This past year, Elizabeth flew independently to and from college and home, an accomplishment she’s quietly proud of. Her goals for the future are just as independent: landing a paid job working with kids and living on her own.
Outside of class, Elizabeth is a competitive swimmer and has been picking up photography as a new hobby.
Elizabeth is so excited to get back to WCU this fall. Wishing you another great year, Elizabeth, keep soaring!
