Molly OConnell: Calvin University – Life and Career Studies

Molly is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Nella Hampton Scholarship Award. This fall, she begins her junior year in the Life and Career Studies program at Calvin University, where she is studying early childhood education. Her future goals include living independently and teaching young children.
Molly loves singing in the choir and hanging out with friends. She is proud to be a college student, although going away to college was a major transition since it was the first time she and her twin sister were apart. “She goes to an out-of-state college,” Molly says, “but we FaceTime a lot!”
