Melea Smith: University of Missouri–St. Louis – SUCCEED
2024
Melea begins her freshman year in the SUCCEED program at the University of Missouri–St. Louis this fall, where she plans to study music and art. Attending college is something her family never imagined would be possible when they adopted Melea 22 years ago, and they are looking forward to seeing her shine at UMSL.
Melea loves theater, singing, going to Starbucks, riding roller coasters, and making TikTok videos. One of nine siblings, she loves helping others and adores being a big sister. Her future plans include finding a job she enjoys and living on her own.
