Matilda Gillard: Shepherds College
2024
Matilda is a three-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Millie Geib Scholarship Award. This fall, she begins her third year in the culinary arts program at Shepherds College. This past summer she was excited to put her culinary skills to work at her job at a local bakery. She wants to continue working in a bakery after she graduates and live independently.
Matilda loves swimming with Special Olympics, cycling on her tandem bike, and listening to music. She is very proud to have been selected for student council and for a summer mission trip to Brazil.
