Kellyn Donahoe: Kent State University – Career and Community Studies

Kellyn is a three-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Grace Eleanor Dunn Scholarship Award. This fall, she begins her junior year in the Career and Community Studies program at Kent State University, where she is studying education and communication. Her future plans include working in education and continuing with more practicum experiences in marketing and media.

In her free time, Kellyn enjoys making iMovies, riding her bike or e-scooter, and watching sunsets. She is proud to have earned leadership positions in two campus clubs at KSU: She serves in the archives at the Newman Center and is Co-Chair of Diversity and Inclusion for the Dress Up for Down Syndrome Club. She loves sharing about her college experiences and says she is living her best life. The C&CS program staff describe Kellyn as “a go-getter!”
