Emily Diebolt

Emily Diebolt is beginning her freshman year at the University of North Florida’s USoar Program this fall as this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Sailor Tracey Scholarship Award recipient, planning to study Business with graduation expected in Spring 2029.

Emily has been earning her own money for three years now, working as a barista assistant, at a local bakery, and as a beverage cart assistant at her local country club. She’s also a Special Olympics Gold Medal winner in surfing, no small feat for someone who lives right on the beach in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Between work, school, and the beach, Emily stays active daily at the gym and loves basketball, swimming, paddleboarding, golf, and horseback riding.

This fall, Emily is beyond excited to move into the dorm, join clubs, and dive into full college life at UNF, all while working toward a career in the service industry.
