George Westcott: Edgewood College – Cutting Edge

George is one of two recipients of this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Select Milk Scholarship Award. This fall, he begins his freshman year in the Cutting Edge program at Edgewood College, where he will be studying to become a teaching assistant. He looks forward to living on his own someday and getting a job he enjoys.

George is a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In his free time, he enjoys singing and doing word search puzzles. Those who know him describe George as witty and personable. He has a very close group of friends that he loves hanging out with and doing typical teen activities like playing on their phones, watching movies and eating pizza. George is also very close with his older sister, Sophia, and can’t wait to share similar experiences with her such as graduating from college and moving into a cool apartment.
