Cooper Long: University of Alabama – CrossingPoints

Cooper is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Long Family Scholarship Award (no relation). This fall, he begins his sophomore year in the CrossingPoints program at the University of Alabama, where he is studying exercise science, early childhood education and independent-living skills. He hopes to work with children someday and have his own apartment.

Cooper loves University of Alabama sports, wrestling, CrossFit, his Uncle Mike, and his three nieces. He also enjoys playing video games and hanging out with his best buddy, Darius. He is having the time of his life in Tuscaloosa, and is proud to be a college man who navigates solo around the UA campus. He is very grateful to Ruby’s Rainbow for the opportunity and support!
