Liliana Salinas – Austin Community College STEPS (Kynlee Stensrud Scholarship Award)

Liliana is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Kynlee Stensrud Scholarship Award. This fall she begins her second semester in the STEPS program at Austin Community College, where she is pursuing General Studies. After she graduates, Lili looks forward to having a job and pursuing her passion for theatre and dance.

Lili has many interests. She loves all kinds of dance and takes several online classes a week. She also loves swimming and is looking forward to joining a swim team. She loves to travel with her family and explore new places. She also really loves spending time with her friends, and is looking forward to making many new friends at ACC in the coming year.

Lili is still figuring out her career path, but she is hopeful that her time and continued studies at ACC will help bring her interests and skills into focus and steer her in the right direction. Her future is bright, and she is so happy to be on this exciting educational journey.
