Hope Olivia Dimos – Shepherds College (Chaffee Family Scholarship Award)

Hope is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Chaffee Family Scholarship Award. This fall she begins her second year at Shepherds College, where she is studying Culinary Arts. Someday she hopes to live on her own and get a job in the food industry.
Hope’s hobbies include swimming and riding her four-wheeler. She is very proud to have been brave enough to move away from home to attend college and make new friends. She is grateful to her family for all their support!
