Maggie Scherder – University of Missouri–St. Louis SUCCEED (Charlotte Myhal Scholarship Award)

Maggie is a two-time Rockin’ Recipient and this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Charlotte Myhal Scholarship Award. A sophomore in the SUCCEED program at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, she is proud of the confidence and independence she has developed so far in college.

Maggie was recently accepted into the 2022–2023 Sue Shear Leadership Academy within UMSL’s College of Education, which meets once a month to develop participants’ civic and leadership skills. Maggie is still deciding what she would like to do after graduation, but she knows she loves dancing, fitness and teaching children, and might like to combine them as a career.
