Jacob Brooks – Northeastern State University RiverHawks Scholar Program (Eck Family Scholarship Award)

Jacob is this year’s recipient of the Ruby’s Rainbow Eck Family Scholarship Award. He is a sophomore in the RiverHawks Scholar Program at Northeastern State University, where he loves making new friends and working on his independent-living skills.
Jacob’s teachers describe him as a capable, self-motivated student and a hard worker who is fully embracing college life.
