Matthew is this year’s Ruby’s Rainbow Pascal Family Scholarship Award recipient. He will be attending Slippery Rock University’s Rock Life program this fall, where he is looking forward to making new friends, working out at the Rec Center, attending football games and learning new things. He loves dancing, playing basketball, listening to music and spending time with friends. He was active in Special Olympics and Best Buddies in high school, and he plans to continue both in college.
Matthew’s teachers and mentors describe him as hard working, while he describes himself as someone who enjoys helping others and always tries his best. We know these qualities will take you far, Matthew! We are so proud of you!
