Did you know that people with Down syndrome are some amazing athletes? What makes it even cooler and more inspiring is what they have to overcome to do things some of us might find easy. Because of lower muscle tone, they have to work a little harder at certain things, but with strength and determination it is amazing to see the outcome!!
Ruby and Nella are both very active lil’ ladies and continue to learn new activities and get stronger every year. They are both in dance and we just realized that Ruby has a kick like Mia Hamm so she will join her very first soccer team this spring!!
And Ruby…seriously. You might pull a hammy!!!
