The E4Texas Application Window Is NOW OPEN!!

Y’all, if you’re in the Austin area and you have or you love someone who has an intellectual or developmental disability, then heads up – this post is for you! The application window is NOW OPEN for entry into E4Texas!

E4Texas (connected to the Texas Center for Disability Studies) is a college-based experience at UT Austin for young adults with IDD who want to pursue a career as a Personal Care Attendant or in a related field. And it sounds amazing!! The program is geared toward education that will help these students gain employment, develop their professionalism and learn daily living skills – exactly what so many of our Rockin’ Recipients are working on in their programs ????????

These kinds of programs can make all the difference, y’all. They empower students by broadening their career as well as social opportunities. E4Texas even offers tuition assistance!
