Ruby has been asking for “Unicorn Hair” for a while now, so I figured no better time to pull out the magic then getting ready for World Down Syndrome Day😍🦄
Also…you guys are beyond amazeballs. I have a little secret to tell. I was SO nervous to raise our goal this year to $225k. It certainly wasn’t that we won’t utilize it (my dream is to someday never have to turn anyone away❤️)but my Board Members convinced me we needed to stretch out of our comfort zone and go for it. We needed to believe in our community as you guys have believed in us❤️ So here we are now, trucking along and showing up for each other. Showing up and shouting the worth of peeps with Down syndrome. Please give yourself a big ol’ hug from us because you guys are giving me the confidence that what we are doing matters, just like my Ruby Doobs❤️
