Mikayla Holmgren ROCKED the stage this weekend for the second year in a row competing for Miss Minnesota!!! She is blazing trails as the first person with Down syndrome to compete in the Miss USA pageant system and walked away last night with the Miss Congeniality Award!!! This award is so special because it was voted on by all the contestants!! So proud of you Mikayla!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
