Luke Drumright- Update from Saginaw Valley State University

To say that Luke Drumright is loving the college life would be an understatement!! He just had his first game playing with the SVSU Marching Band and had so much fun and did awesome!!! You can certainly tell by the look on his face that he is quite happy there.
His mom sent me a quick update and said:
“Hi Liz – Luke has had an AMAZING start. College kids are just so mature – many are stepping up to befriend Luke. For example, in his swim class Luke met an SVSU swimmer the first day named Nick. Nick found out that Luke wanted to be a lifeguard and swim coach, so he talked to the teacher about working with him during class on those skills. The teacher was all for it. It’s little things like that that have just fallen into place.”
It definitely sounds like Luke is off to a great, exciting start to his first year at SVSU!! We can’t wait to see where the rest of the year leads!!
