Kaydee just finished with her finals for her first semester and facilitated her end of the semester person-centered planning meeting.
At the end of each semester the students have a final PCP meeting. For Kaydee’s PCP meeting she invited her mom, aunt, supports coordinator, a peer mentor and the REAL Coordinator and Director. She then presented a PowerPoint where she reviewed her long term goals, her first semester at Arcadia, and her plans for next semester.
When discussing her semester, Kaydee shared what she liked, her accomplishments and what she is still working on in terms of her academic, vocational and social goals. Her PowerPoint presentation also included photos from the semester and she shared some of her classwork with the group. Kaydee has done an awesome job this semester of adjusting to college, making friends at Arcadia and exploring new areas of interest!
