Always ❤️ getting updates from Taryn Stinson, one of our fab Rockin’ Recipients!! Eeek – she’s a senior this year @UNCG (University of North Carolina at Greensboro)!!! Last month she emailed me this:

Dear Liz
I have started my senior year last week on the 14th of August. And my classes that I’m taking are
Senior practicum
Senior portfolio
Senior seminar
Getting a job
ASL sign language
And the ASL is a degree course that I’m taking for a grade this year for the fall & spring semesters , I always wanted to learn sign language , and after I graduate I’m going to teach myself.
I’m even in VR to find a job and I have a job coach from Cape Fear they work with the VR people.
My Job coach is named Austin Holder, and I had several of interviews already

Ok – where do I even start about all the things I ❤️❤️❤️ in this email?? #1 has got to be the fact that she’s approaching graduation yet making plans for what she’s going to teach herself AFTER graduating!!! THIS is what a lifelong learner looks like!! And #2 is that she’s doing interviews and preparing for post-college life!! GO, TARYN – we are so proud of you!! Keep on rockin’ it all the way to graduation and beyond!!! ????????????❤️
Seriously – is it any surprise this lady is one of just a handful of THREE-TIME Ruby’s Rainbow Rockin’ Recipients?! She is truly amazing!!! ????????
