Sarah Parrack, one of our 2018 Rockin’ Recipients, attends Northeastern State U – Oklahoma, where she transferred after an awesome first year in the PROPEL program at the U of Missouri – Kansas City (and she made the honor roll at UMKC her first year!! ????????).
