Y’all, I can hardly put into words how happy it makes me to read an email from one of our Rockin’ Recipients’ parents that opens with that kinda sentiment ???????????? This was from an email from 2018 Rockin’ Recipient Grace Rogers’s mom, who wrote a few weeks ago to tell us about the amazing transition Grace has made from high school to college!! ???????? Woot woot! Here’s what Grace has been up to this semester:
“Last year at this time I could not imagine her taking the city bus by herself and walking to campus in downtown Hartford! This week she takes her finals and then she will have successfully completed her first semester of college. The Center for Students with Disabilities has been great and your financial contribution was so helpful!”
Well the pleasure is all ours!! ???????? Grace, we are so proud of you!! Hope finals went great and keep on rockin’ it in your next semester at school!! You got this! ????????
